Chief Ijeh Dominic  JP belongs to the 76 set of Ika Grammar School.He holds a BSc degree in Accounting from University of Benin, Master in Public Administration (MPA) from DELSU, Abraka. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA); a Fellow Certified National Accountant (FCNA) and also a Member Institute of Directors Nigeria (M.IoD).He joined the then Bendel State Local Government Service Commission, Benin City in 1986 now applicable to Delta State following State creation .He was appointed Treasurer to Local Government Councils in 1994 and served in that capacity in almost all the Local Government Councils in Delta State at various times. He retired honourably from the Service as the most senior Director of Finance/Treasurer in Delta State Local Government Service Commission in 2018. He attended many professional courses at the University of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA.
